What happens after I book?

Once you lock in your spot, the adventure begins 🐉 You'll get a message from our team confirming your booking — from there, our team will support you with tracking your trip details, staying on top of payments, and connecting with your travel tribe before we even board. Do you offer a flexible payment plan?

We offer flexible payment plans that let you split the cost into easy monthly installments. All you need to do is secure your spot with a deposit, then pay the rest over time — as long as everything’s settled by the final deadline. No stress, no paying it all upfront.

Can I come alone or do I need to bring a friend?

Come solo, bring a friend, or roll in with a whole crew — totally up to you! A lot of our travelers come alone and end up leaving with lifelong friends. This trip is all about community, so you’ll never feel alone once you’re here.

Are international flights included?

Nope, flights aren’t included in the package. But we’ve got you covered on everything once you land — from your stay to the experiences. We’ll also give you the exact airport and arrival window so booking your flight is stress-free.

Where should we arrive?

You'll fly into Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX). Our drivers will be waiting to pick you up and transfer you seamlessly to where all the action begins.

Where will we stay?

You’ll be staying in a premium hotel in the heart of the city, to ensure you are never too far away from the fun.

What time do we check in and check out?

Check-in is usually around 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM, but don’t stress — we’ll send you all the details and keep everything smooth so you can just enjoy the trip.

What do I need to prepare for the trip?

Bring a valid passport, your flight info, comfy clothes for exploring, and a few cute fits for our dinners and photo moments. We’ll also send you a packing guide closer to the trip so you can prepare for your trip

Do I need a visa for travel to China?

It depends on your passport. Many countries (e.g. US, UK, Canada, much of Europe) now qualify for China's visa-free or visa-on-arrival policy for short stays. However, the exact duration and whether you qualify depend on your nationality and type of passport. If you're not sure, check the Chinese embassy or consulate site for your country, or reach out to us and we'll help.

Do I need any vaccinations?

For China, just keep your routine vaccines up to date. Hepatitis A and typhoid vaccinations are also recommended, particularly if you plan to explore local markets and street food. Yellow fever proof may be needed if you're arriving from a risk country. A quick chat with your doctor or travel health clinic before you go will keep you covered.
